Stuart & Sally
Park Owners
We have owned Ashfield for over 30 years, growing and developing the site along the way while keeping its friendly, welcoming feel.
Stuart is rarely without a project on the go and takes great pride in keeping the park looking its best. With many years of experience, he has built up a wealth of knowledge about static caravans, from choosing and siting new vans to maintaining and improving them. Whether it’s improving the grounds, maintaining the site or taking on the next project, there’s always something happening!
Sally is a letting agent by profession but has been an important part of Ashfield behind the scenes for many years, keeping on top of the paperwork, administration and everything else that helps keep the park running smoothly.

Nick & Joanne
Site Wardens
Nick and Joanne have been part of the Ashfield family for over five years. They’re friendly, welcoming and take great pride in keeping the site looking spotless.
They’re also a creative pair, with a real love of arts and crafts. But their role goes beyond keeping the park looking its best. Nick and Joanne help create the sense of community that makes Ashfield special, from organising site get-togethers to making sure everyone feels welcome.

Neil & Julie
Assistant Site Wardens
Neil and Julie have worked with Stuart and Sally for over five years and are an important part of the Ashfield team. They step in as relief wardens when Nick and Joanne have their days off, helping to keep everything running smoothly.
Neil is a mechanic by trade, making him particularly handy to have around the park when something needs fixing, while together they bring a friendly and helpful presence to the site.

Jeff
Site Support
Jeff has had his holiday home at Ashfield for an incredible 25 years, so he has a long-standing connection with the site and a wealth of knowledge about how it has developed over the years.
Although he isn’t employed by Ashfield, Jeff regularly helps Stuart around the site, particularly with larger projects. His experience with static caravans is also a valuable help, and his family have been part of the wider Ashfield team over the years.

Katie & Harry
Behind the Scenes
Katie and Harry are Stuart and Sally’s children and are an important part of the Ashfield team behind the scenes.
Both work in finance, but they also help with the day-to-day running of the park, including responding to emails, managing administration and keeping everything organised.
You may not see them around the park very often, but they play an important role in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
